Delete Your Scutely Account

You can permanently delete your Scutely account and its data at any time.

Before you delete

  • Cancel any active subscription first. Deleting your Scutely account does not cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel that in your app store to avoid further charges. See Managing your subscription.
  • Export anything you want to keep, since the data is removed on deletion. See Exporting your data.

Deleting

  1. Go to Settings → Account Settings.
  2. Under Account Management, choose to delete your account.
  3. Confirm. For security, you’ll enter a verification code sent to your email.
  4. Your account and data are permanently removed.

You can also delete your account from your account page on scutely.com. There you’ll confirm with your password and by typing DELETE.

Inactive accounts

Accounts that go unused for around five years may be permanently deleted along with their data. Signing in from time to time keeps your account active.
